I hope someone can help me avoid a foreclosure on my house in Maryland. My current payment is $2289 , I am 2 months past due and I have had a loss of job in September 2008. My interest rate is adjustable 9% and will be adjusting in few months which I can not afford. I need a loan modification and lower payments and a fixed rate to stop the foreclosure
